Service Description

This workshop is specifically designed to educate new entrants in the fitness industry about base level of X-Training which are functional based movements. Authentic and well tested methods of training will be taught from grass root level which requires no equipment. Base anatomy, levels of intensity and basic exercise programming for clients are a part of the curriculum. This workshop will cover the benefits of X-Training and will give the trainer an understanding of program and implementation. To keep it simple all exercises will be calisthenics based. This course will also cover topics on blood pressure, difference between aerobic and anaerobic training, etc. It will focus more on practical application in order to ensure that correct form and technique is being applied. Course Objectives: 1. The Student will learn the benefits and effects of X-Training 2. The Student will learn to conduct workouts anywhere, anytime, anyhow. 3.
