It includes boxing, kickboxing, dance and heart-pumping cardio. Base anatomy, levels of intensity and exercise programming for clients are a part of the curriculum. It teaches how the mind and body operate as one single unit. This workshop will cover the benefits of kickboxing and its implementation. It also covers topics on blood pressure, difference between aerobic and anaerobic training etc. Ultimate Kickbox focuses more on practical application in order to ensure that correct form and technique is being applied. Course Objectives: 1. The Student will understand what ‘Ultimate Kickbox’ is 2. The Student will learn the advantages and benefits of Kickbox training 3.
