The Ultimate Pump is a full body cardio weight-training program that targets multiple muscle simultaneously in every exercise. It combines strength, endurance and cardio vascular training. Base anatomy, levels of intensity and exercise programming for clients are a part of the curriculum. It also covers topics on blood pressure, difference between aerobic and anaerobic training etc. Ultimate Pump focuses more on practical application in order to ensure that correct form and technique is being applied. This program is based on the principals of reduction of imbalance, active rest and muscle failure. It has been created in Tabata Training Module to enable even the absolutely unfit client benefit from this work out. Course Objectives: 1.
