Service Description

This workshop is specifically designed to educate new entrants in the fitness industry about effectively incorporating the kettlebell into the X-Training system. Functional based movements coupled with progressive and safe training methods that will be taught from grass root level. Base anatomy, levels of intensity and basic exercise programming for clients are a part of the curriculum. This workshop will cover the benefits of Kettlebell Training and will give you an understanding of programming and implementation. This course will also cover topics on blood pressure, difference between aerobic and anaerobic training, etc. It will focus more on practical application in order to ensure that correct form and technique is being applied. Course Objectives: 1. The Student will learn the benefits and effects of Kettlebell Training 2. The Student will learn to conduct safe and effective workouts using the kettlebell 3.
