FITKIDZ X-TRAINING & NUTRITION COURSE

Service Description

This program is specifically designed to educate and equip physical education teachers with base level of X-Training and is formatted to be children specific. Authentic and well tested methods of training will be taught from grass root level which requires no equipment and is calisthenics based. Making exercise fun, safe and effective is the focus of this program. It also includes lessons on obesity, basic anatomy, and bullying and anger management. Topics on the cardiovascular system and basic exercise programming for students are a part of the curriculum. This workshop will cover the benefits of X-Training and will give the teacher an understanding of program and implementation. This course will also cover topics on blood pressure, difference between aerobic and anaerobic training, etc. Teachers will be introduced to and will focus more on practical application in order to ensure that correct form and technique is being applied. Course Objectives: 1. The P.E teacher (the participant) will learn the benefits and effects of X-Training kids 2. The P.E teacher (the participant) will learn to identify and help kids cope with bullying and anger 3. The P.E teacher (the participant) will learn how to educate kids on the importance of good nutrition Course Content: - Introduction to FitKidz X-Training and Nutrition Program - Why Exercise Is So Important For Children - What Is Physical Education? - Why Is Child Nutrition Important? - Exercise (FITNESS) - Calisthenics/ Bodyweight Exercises & Its Benefits - The Cardiovascular System & Blood Pressure - Aerobic V/S Anaerobic Work - Training, Resting, Exercise Heart Rate - Rating Of Perceived Exertion - The Burn & Lactic Acid - Basic Muscle Group Anatomy & Physiology - Nutrition (FOOD) - Variety (FUN) - Bullying And Anger Management - Registration / Health History / Conclusion
