EMS along with cardio not only helps to tone your muscles, but also helps to burn fat, reduce cellulite, and improve circulation… leading to firmer and more toned skin. In this course you will learn how to administer the workout in a safe manner. This training can be done with just your body weight. You can teach clients to exercise with or without equipment.
